1. Nature of the Service

AutoPic is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing AI-based image processing, including but not limited to:

• Background replacement

• Visual enhancement

• Presentation and styling of vehicle images

  
  

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

2. No Guarantee of Results

AutoPic makes no guarantees that images generated using the Service will:

• Result in sales, leads, or increased demand

• Comply with rules of third-party platforms (e.g. marketplaces, ad platforms)

• Meet legal, commercial, or regulatory requirements in any jurisdiction

  
  

All use of the Service is at your own risk.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Having all necessary rights and permissions to upload and use images

• Ensuring content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or agreements

• How generated images are used, published, advertised, or distributed

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for:

• Deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent advertising

• Misrepresentation of products or vehicles

• Violation of laws, regulations, or platform policies

• Illegal, offensive, or harmful content

AutoPic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately, without refund, if misuse or abuse is suspected.

5. AI Limitations

You understand and accept that:

• AI-generated results may vary

• Visual imperfections or inconsistencies may occur

• The Service does not replace professional photography or human review

  
  

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design, code, algorithms, and functionality belong exclusively to AutoPic.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all images you upload.

By using the Service, you grant AutoPic a temporary, technical, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

AutoPic does not use user images for marketing or AI training without explicit consent.

8. Payments & Refunds

• All purchases are digital

• Used credits are non-refundable

• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing period

• No refunds are issued for partial usage or unused time

  
  

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoPic shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

• Account suspensions or bans on third-party platforms

• Legal or regulatory consequences arising from image usage
  
  

10. Changes to the Terms

AutoPic may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Swedish courts.
